Clyde Sealey

Founder

On the morning of September 11, 2001, Clyde responded to the attack on the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan. Like many of his colleagues he worked many long hours during the rescue and recovery efforts. As many of the rescuers who were on "the pile" have fell victim to illness, Clyde developed a rare form of cancer attributed to his exposure to toxins at the site. He succumbed to his illness on April 21, 2009.

John Sealey

President & CEO

John has worked for the family business since 2004. He recognized the importance the school had in the New York community. "Many of our students join the program as a way to get on the right track in life, while others use it as a stepping stone to further their aspirations in becoming healthcare professionals". In 2010 John took the position as President & CEO.

EMT-Basic

EMTs learn the essential skills to help in life-threatening situations and their education is the foundation for all other levels of provider.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) refers to a set of clinical interventions for the urgent treatment of cardiac arrest, stroke and other life-threatening medical emergencies, as well as the knowledge and skills to deploy those interventions.

BLS

Basic Life Support, or BLS, generally refers to the type of care that first-responders provide. It requires knowledge and skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), using automated external defibrillators (AED) and relieving airway obstructions in patients of every age.

CPR

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken.
